The team adheres to a system of Quality policies and objectives, controlled by project managers and engineers. These consist of the following:
Meet the requirements of the contract specifications, within the agreed budgetary and time restraints.
Provide motivated and properly trained personnel to perform all activities in accordance with the stated procedure, to be reported to the project manager.
Seek to improve the procedures and systems by continual examination and evaluation.
Ensure that all workers are fully aware of their individual and collective responsibilities.
In order to fulfill QA and QC plan, the project manager shall monitor the composing of on-site administration office, the division and demarcation of responsibilities, project schedule, processing and resources.
